Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deluge Spaces, a platform operated by Deluge Beautee LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Deluge Spaces is part of the Deluge Beautee family of platforms.

2. Description of Services

Deluge Spaces is a marketplace that connects salon owners ("Hosts") with independent, licensed beauty professionals ("Artists") who need a station to work from. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties. Deluge Spaces does not own, operate, or manage any salon locations listed on the platform.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of Deluge Spaces. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Artists must upload a valid professional license for verification. Hosts must provide accurate salon address and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Booking and Deposits

All station bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $30 at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is charged upon confirmation. Deposits are applied toward the total booking cost.

5. Fees and Payments

Deluge Spaces charges platform fees to facilitate bookings and maintain the marketplace. These fees are separate from fees charged by other Deluge Beautee platforms.

Deluge Spaces Fees

• Artist fee: A 3% service fee is applied to each booking total, paid by the artist
• Host fee: A 3% platform fee is deducted from each booking, paid by the host

Artist fees support booking infrastructure and artist verification. Host fees cover payment processing and payout management.

Deluge Collective Fees

• Booking fee: 15% booking fee, capped at $35/month

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Host payouts are issued every Friday via Stripe Connect, with funds typically arriving within 2-3 business days.

6. Station Types & Supply Tiers

Deluge Spaces offers the following station types. The percentage listed is the supply tier rate applied to each booking.

• Manicure Basic — 10%
• Manicure Standard — 15%
• Manicure + Pedi — 20%
• Full Nail Station — 22%
• Premium Nail Station — 27%
• Lash Bed Full Supply — 27%
• Lash Bed Basic — 15%
• Massage Bed — 15%
• Head Spa Full Supply — 27%
• Head Spa Basic — 15%
• Waxing Room Full Supply — 27%
• Waxing Chair Full Supply — 20%

7. Cancellation Policy

Artists may cancel a booking at any time. The following rules apply:

Cancellation with 4+ hours notice

Full refund, no penalty.

Late cancellation (under 4 hours notice)

• 1st occurrence: Recorded on account
• 2nd occurrence: Warning issued
• 3rd occurrence: Credit score deducted
• 4th+ occurrence: 3-day suspension from platform

No-show (failure to arrive)

• 1st occurrence: Warning issued
• 2nd occurrence: 3-day suspension
• 3rd occurrence: 1-week suspension
• 4th+ occurrence: Case reviewed by admin

8. Non-Circumvention

If an Artist and Host connect through Deluge Spaces, any ongoing working arrangement originating within 6 months of their first booking must continue through the platform for 6 months. After this period both parties are free to arrange work independently.

9. Host Listing Requirements

Hosts must upload photos of workstation only — no salon name, logo, or signage visible. Only zip code shown publicly until booking confirmed. Full address revealed only after booking payment confirmed.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent platform fees by arranging off-platform transactions
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Deluge Spaces are owned by Deluge Beautee LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Deluge Spaces acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of salon spaces, the conduct of hosts or artists, or any disputes arising from bookings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in connection with the disputed transaction. We provide the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
